Dan Lorenz

Dan Lorenz, MBA, is an accomplished entrepreneur and consultant with extensive experience in franchising and investment banking. Currently serving as the Franchise Owner of CYCLEBAR NoMa since 2017, Lorenz has also operated The Mosquito Authority and founded Guerrilla Franchising, where effort focuses on guiding clients through the franchising landscape. Previous roles include a Summer Associate at Houlihan Lokey and a Spring Associate at J.P. Morgan, specializing in M&A for diverse markets. Lorenz brings a strong analytical background from a Senior Consultant position at Deloitte and holds degrees from George Mason University, American Military University, and the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, including an MBA in Accounting and Finance. Additionally, Lorenz has a notable military background as a retired commissioned officer in the US Army Special Forces.
