Dave Greenberg spent 20 years at Ford Motor Company, where they held various positions in sales, product, and brand marketing before becoming the Director of Global Brand Strategy. Transitioning to entrepreneurship, Dave became the President of HouseLens and later the Chief Revenue Officer at Iron Solutions. Currently, they serve as a Franchise Consultant and Shareholder at FranChoice, guiding others toward franchise ownership, and co-host The Escape & Empower Podcast, reflecting on their journey and insights in entrepreneurship. Additionally, Dave is the Principal Consultant and Founder of The Empowered Franchisee, helping corporate executives transition from corporate life to franchise ownership.
