Jeff Elgin

Jeff Elgin has extensive work experience in the franchising industry. Jeff served as the CEO at FranChoice since 2000, and also held the role of CEO at Great Clips during the same time period. Prior to that, they worked for Great Clips as the VP of Franchise Development from 1990 to 1998.

Jeff Elgin attended Oregon State University from 1970 to 1974, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Accounting.
