Mark Fallon has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Mark started their career at Verizon in 1992 as a Team Leader in Customer Service, where they managed a cross-functional team and achieved high repair rates and service levels. In 2010, they worked at ASPEN as a Work Force Management employee, supporting a call center workforce and assisting with staff development. In 2013, they joined MEDITECH and held various roles, including Supervisor of Technical Account Managers and Sr. Technical Account Manager/Performance Coordinator, where they resolved customer issues and contributed to improving technical documentation and project tracking. Currently, Mark is the Director of Technology at Franciscan Children's.
Mark Fallon received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration & Government from Colby College, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Prior to this, they attended Boston Latin School, completing a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program from 1981 to 1987. Additionally, Mark obtained a Masters Certificate in Computer Technology from Boston University, but the specific start and end years for this program are not provided.
