Peter Gingold

Peter Gingold is a Managing Director in Credit Investing for Francisco Partners.

Prior to joining Francisco Partners in 2019, Peter spent twelve years at Angelo Gordon, where he was most recently a Managing Director and served as a senior member of the corporate credit investment team. Peter oversaw the firm’s investments in the technology sector across multiple portfolio strategies including performing, distressed and opportunistic credit. He was also a member of the firm’s investment committee for the European Performing Credit Funds. Previously, he was a Director with Alvarez & Marsal, a turnaround management and restructuring firm. His background also includes holding several key senior management positions with George Weston Bakeries, the parent company of leading commercial baking brands, and providing corporate strategy and development expertise at Borden Capital Management Partners to its portfolio companies. Peter began his career with Salomon Smith Barney as an investment banking professional.
