Steve Eisner

Steve is Partner, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Francisco Partners.

Prior to joining Francisco Partners in 2017, Steve served as the Chief Administrative Officer, Fund General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of The Gores Group, where he was responsible for managing the legal and compliance affairs of Gores and its private equity funds and overseeing a number of other functional areas, including Human Resources, Insurance and Risk Management, Tax, IT, Facilities and general administrative matters. Steve began his career at O’Melveny & Myers working on Securities and M&A transactions and general corporate matters.
