Helena Simon

Helena Simon is an experienced professional in the food technology sector, currently serving as HACCP Teams Coordinator and R&D Technologist at Franck d.d. since January 2013. Helena has a strong academic background with a Graduate degree in Food Engineering and Food Processing from the University of Zagreb, completed in 2012, following a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology from the same institution in 2009. Prior to these roles, Helena gained experience as a Secretary at the Croatian Football Federation and worked in administrative positions at APIS IT d.o.o. Additionally, Helena began their career as a student in the Department of Food Processing at the University of Zagreb from October 2010 to September 2012. Helena also has foundational training as a Pharmaceutical Technician from Schola medica Zagrabiensis, which was completed in 2007.
