Ghazal began their career at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they advanced from analyst to associate while receiving multiple awards for innovation and leadership. In subsequent roles, Ghazal served as a principal at Property Alchemist, significantly increasing revenues and managing successful real estate redevelopments.
