Greg Shuster

Greg Shuster is a seasoned professional in product design and user experience (UX) with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Design and UX Analytics at FranConnect, Greg established the company's design system and implemented a User Analytics platform to enhance user insights. Previous roles include Director of UX at OVHcloud, where Greg focused on expanding the brand's presence in the US and Americas, and Product & UX Lead at AOL, where significant contributions were made to major brand sites. With a strong educational background, including a Master's degree in Graphic Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor's in Art Studio from George Mason University, Greg has consistently demonstrated a commitment to user-centered design and strategic direction throughout a diverse career that includes academic teaching and leadership positions in health tech and SaaS environments.
