Kelsey Smith

Kelsey Smith is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in digital marketing, operations, and strategic partnerships. As the Digital Marketing Director at FranConnect since July 2019, Kelsey manages third-party marketing agencies and oversees digital advertising strategies to drive product demand. Prior to this role, Kelsey served as Vice President of North American Operations at CabMaster Software, leading expansion efforts, and held several leadership positions at MultiCam, Inc., including SVP of Sales and Marketing and Director of Global Marketing and Strategic Partnerships. Earlier career experiences at Blockbuster included roles as Director of Operations and Marketing, Sr. Manager of Corporate and Internal Communications, and Project Manager for Operations. Kelsey holds a BBA in Marketing from The University of Texas at Arlington.
