Roxane Demonfaucon

Roxane Demonfaucon currently serves as the Directrice des Ressources Humaines et Communication at FRANFINANCE since March 2024. Prior to this role, Roxane held various positions at Société Générale from October 2012 to March 2024, including DRH de l'Inspection Générale et l'Audit Interne Groupe and Responsable Gestion RH de la filiere RH. Roxane's earlier experience includes serving as a senior HR Business Partner for natural resources financing at Société Générale (GIMS) from February 2009 to September 2012, responsible for remuneration and benefits at PPR from June 2002 to January 2009, and positions in internal auditing at Habitat and Arthur Andersen & Co. Roxane holds a Master 2 in Economie et Finance from Sciences Po and a DEUG in Droit from CUEP and Faculté de Droit de Nancy.
