Dave Tilves is a Senior Estimator with extensive experience in the construction industry. Dave has worked at Rocky Bleier Construction Group, Franjo Construction, and T Construction and Consulting Services in similar roles. Prior to these positions, Dave was a Project Estimator at P J Dick. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economic/Business Administration from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
