Michael T.

Michael T. has a long and varied professional work experience. Michael began their career in 1992 as a Design Manager at Ralph Lauren. In 1994, they moved to ESCADA as Chief Designer. In 1997, they founded Michael Tapia Limited, a Tailor-Designer concept. In 2001, they became Michael Tapia at Dunhill for Alfred Dunhill Ltd. In 2010, they worked as an Apparel Design Consultant for Boglioli S.p.A., a market leader for modern tailored clothing. In 2011, they worked as an Apparel Design Consultant for Belstaff and as an Apparel Design Project Consultant for Eddie Bauer. In 2018, they began working as a Head of Innovation for Frank & Eileen and an Apparel Design Consultant for Apolis Activism.

Michael T. attended the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) from 1989 to 1991, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Fashion Design.
