We help organisations develop their most valuable asset, the people they work with.  We do this by working with people on how they communicate, so that they can be themselves at their best, whether it's a one to one conversation, a meeting or a presentation.  

People come to work because they want to do a great job.  Sometimes, they can get in the way of themselves.  For example, avoiding tackling a courageous conversation (hoping the problem will go away),  not being clear about the objective when addressing an important issue, using language which is ineffective, or speaking with unhelpful vocal habits.

Our approach is highly pragmatic.  We are actors by background and training and have worked in corporate organisations for 20 years.  Our work is focussed on practise and coaching.  We use well established theories to support this practise.  We also like to have fun, work creatively and flexibly.  We are warm and direct, we have a twinkle in our eye!  We are based in the UK and work globally - UK, Europe, USA, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
