Florian Goronzi is currently the Country Manager HR for Germany at Franke Group, overseeing the HR department and supporting over 600 employees. With more than 13 years of experience in the HR field, Florian has previously held roles at GMW Personaldienstleistungen GmbH, Brennet AG, and ZAHORANSKY AG, where they coordinated various HR functions and trained apprentices. Florian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from DHBW Lörrach. Passionate about talent development and fostering an inclusive workplace culture, Florian is also an expert in social security law and has restructured apprenticeship programs at Franke.
