Franklin Project Management operates in the high end residential and commercial building market in the London area and home counties. Our services include contract administration, cost consultancy, quantity surveying and project management. 
The practice is led by Nicholas Handslip (MRICS) who has over 25 years’ experience in the sector. He has worked with both the Crown and Grosvenor estates, and a number of high profile clients whose properties are the subject of media interest and therefore require absolute discretion at both the planning and execution phase.
Supporting Nick are a diverse and experienced team working out of their London office. The team are drawn from backgrounds in engineering, architecture and interior design. Their collective knowledge and enthusiasm for the sector allows them to understand and successfully manage the challenges of the building trade to meet the exacting requirements of their client base. 
The office has developed a world-class database of highly skilled contractors, craftsmen and artisans who are at the forefront of luxury design and craftsmanship. Nick and the team have visited the factories of various suppliers in Europe to see the quality of the manufacturing process first-hand.
