Franklin Women (2014-2025). Thank you for being part of our journey to create a health & medical research ecosystem where women thrive 💫

Read our 10-year Impact Report ➡️ www.franklinwomen.com.au.

Franklin Women is a social enterprise with a mission to create an Australian health and medical research ecosystem where women thrive 🚀

We do this in two ways: 1) by building the largest professional network of women working in diverse roles, career levels and organisations in the sector, and 2) by supporting the workplaces that employ them to create a diverse and inclusive culture where everyone belongs and thrives.

Join our mission by becoming a member and tap into our many member benefits as well as our supportive and brilliant community of women working to make a difference to health outcomes of the community.

Or engage your workplace in our Partner Organisation initiative - a collective alliance of organisations who share our mission and want to invest in it and in turn their workforce.

As a social enterprise, we believe keeping women in careers in the health and medical research ecosystem is something worth investing in. Together, we can have the greatest impact.
