Lauren Gotcher began their work experience in 2012 as a Branch Manager at First Convenience Bank, where they worked until 2019. In 2019, they founded Skipllc, a company focused on skipco.org. Most recently, in 2022, they joined FranklinCovey as a Customer Support Specialist.
