Ruby Chou

Ruby Chou is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the arts, education, and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as the RFP & RFI Manager at FranklinCovey, Ruby supports proposal development and leads initiatives within the Government Services capture shop. Ruby's background includes roles as Client Partner, Creative Aging Specialist for the Utah Division of Arts & Museums, and Executive Director of the Mundi Project, demonstrating a commitment to community engagement and development. Additionally, Ruby has an academic background as an Adjunct Professor at Weber State University and Snow College, and has held various music-related teaching positions. Ruby Chou holds a Doctor of Musical Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and has contributed to nonprofits through board membership with the Utah Nonprofits Association.
