The Oil Mill “La Molazza” believes in organic farming and the cultivation of local products, it is certified DEMETER, NATURLAND, BIOSUISSE, JAS, IFOAM accredited and satisfies all the requisites foreseenby the NOP regulations relative to USDA standards. Organic farming products, controlled by the I.C.E.A., must observe the standards established by the EEC Ruling no. 834/2007. The entire production process is subject to inspection and quality certification since they all aim to be top of the range.  “La Molazza” is different from other crushers because it continuously aims for a high quality target combining, year after year, the quality and quantity in full compliance with regulations, professional ethics and respect for the environment.
