Niranjan Nakhate has a wealth of experience in the corporate world. Niranjan began their career in 2011 as the Head of Department for Vaayu '12, where they organized events to draw solutions to present day social problems and to drive social change. In 2013, they worked as an Associate at ah! Ventures and as an Intern at Deutsche Bank Group, where they worked on crucial deadline tasks in the Corporate Actions, Instructions team. In 2014, they became Co-Founder of Frapp, a platform for students in India to get access to benefits including gigs, discounts and more. Frapp grew to over 1 million students in India with over 100K MAUs. In 2019, they founded StudentIdentify.com, which was sold to Unidays. Student Identify solved student verification for India, and was India's first and largest student identification platform. Finally, in 2020, they became Co-Founder of Futwork.

Niranjan Nakhate completed their School Secondary Certificate (SSC) from St. Mary's Multipurpose High School, Vashi between 1995 and 2008. Following this, they completed their Higher Secondary Certificate from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics between 2008 and 2010. Niranjan then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) between 2010 and 2013.
