Deb Salhus

Deb Salhus has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, starting in 1986 at Courage Center. Deb held roles such as Occupational Therapist, Manager of Medical Rehabilitation Services, and eventually Senior Director of Medical Rehabilitation Services. In 2012, they transitioned to Fraser, taking on the role of Director of Revenue Cycle, where they provided leadership and oversaw various aspects of the revenue cycle for Fraser Clinical Services. Throughout their career, Deb demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic planning, budgetary oversight, and a commitment to clinical excellence.

Deb Salhus completed their Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy at the University of Minnesota from 1984 to 1986. Deb then pursued their MBA in Health Care Administration at the University of St. Thomas from 1991 to 1995.
