Jim Olson

Jim Olson has extensive experience in various financial roles, starting from their initial position in the Analyst Rotation Program at Target in 1999. Jim has held roles such as Sr. Financial Analyst, Manager Operational Finance and Analysis, and Sr. Financial Strategist at Park Nicollet Health Services. Their leadership roles include Director of Finance at People Incorporated and Director, Emergency Medicine Practice and Finance at Regions Hospital. Most recently, they served as Chief Financial Officer at People Incorporated Mental Health Services before moving on to their current position as Chief Financial Officer / Executive Vice President at Fraser.

Jim Olson holds a BA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA in Finance/Management from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. In 2017, they obtained a certification from the Minnesota Business Journal. Jim also holds a certification in MBA.
