Tracy Calhoun

Tracy Calhoun has a strong background in human resources, starting as a Payroll Benefits Coordinator at Cerenity Senior Care in 2009. Tracy then moved on to become the Director of Human Resources at Bluestone Physician Services in 2011, where they oversaw significant growth and expansion. Tracy continued their career progression as Vice President of Human Resources at New Perspective Senior Living in 2017, where they played a key role in developing the HR function. Most recently, Tracy held the position of Vice President People Operations at Mendota Health before assuming the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Fraser in 2024.

Tracy Calhoun holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. Tracy also obtained a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Concordia University-St. Paul. Tracy has additional certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2013, a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM, and a Six Sigma Green Belt from University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
