Iris Tan

Iris Tan is a Senior Manager of Strategic Innovation at Frasers Property Limited, a position held since October 2020, after previously serving as a Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes a role as a User Experience Designer at IBM from August 2019 to October 2020, and positions at DBS Bank as a Graduate Associate (Operations) and User Experience Designer between April 2017 and August 2019. Iris began as a Service Designer at Ideactio from July 2016 to March 2017 and had an internship at the Ministry of Manpower in early 2015. The professional journey started with a role as a Receptionist at UOL Group Limited in 2012. Iris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design from the National University of Singapore, studied at Eindhoven University of Technology through a student exchange program, and completed GCE ‘A’ Levels at Dunman High School.
