Jonathan Walsh

Jonathan Walsh is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management. Currently serving as the Head of Asset Management for Frasers Property UK since November 2017, Jonathan has successfully established a leading asset management team focused on long-term sustainable returns. Prior to this role, Jonathan was the UK Head of Business Park Portfolio Asset Management at PATRIZIA UK LIMITED, where responsibilities included the integration of key business park acquisitions. Jonathan's career began in 1990 as a Graduate Surveyor at Hillier Parker, followed by positions at Lambert Smith Hampton, King Sturge & Co, and MEPC Limited, culminating in a director role at MEPC. Jonathan holds a degree in Valuation and Estate Management from Bristol Polytechnic.
