Thomas Li

Thomas Li is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) operations. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President, IT GRCS at Frasers Property Limited since February 2021, Thomas leads a team responsible for technology risk and compliance functions, including managing security awareness programs and vendor risk assessments. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Senior Manager, IT GRCS at EY from July 2009 to January 2021, where responsibilities included co-leading a team in the design and implementation of compliance frameworks and engaging in proposal development. Thomas holds a degree in Information Systems Management from Singapore Management University, completed in 2009.
