André Lehmann is currently the head of the fiber technology department, focusing on solution and melt spinning processes involving viscose, lyocell, cellulose, carbon fibers, polylactic acid, and rPET. They have served as the department head at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft since 2006 and are currently employed at MDPI. André earned a Diplom in Chemistry from Universität Potsdam, where they studied from 2001 to 2006.
