Ben Leo

Ben is an expert in development finance, geostatistics, consumer analysis, and African economic and security issues. While working in the White House and at the U.S. Treasury, he advised the President on central, eastern, and southern African nations and architected billion dollar debt relief agreements. As the Global Policy Director at the ONE Campaign, Ben led a team focused on issues like infrastructure, investment, and trade, in addition to health, agriculture, and transparency. He also serves as visiting fellow at the Center for Global Development.
