Chris Earle began their work experience in 2011 as an intern at International Teams Canada. From there, they held various positions such as Associate Consultant at Investors Group and Data Analyst at Grosche International Inc. In 2014, they returned to International Teams Canada as an intern and later worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Waterloo. In 2020, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Balsillie School of International Affairs and as a Peace Researcher at Project Ploughshares. Chris also worked as a Consultant at Correlation One from 2020 to 2021. In 2019, they joined Sangwa Solutions as a Partner until 2021. Currently, they are a Spatial Econometrician on the Data Science Team at Fraym.
Chris Earle obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics (Honors) from the University of Waterloo, where they studied from 2012 until 2019. Following their undergraduate studies, Chris pursued a Master's degree in Global Governance at the Balsillie School of International Affairs, which they completed from 2019 to 2021.
In addition to their formal education, Chris also obtained various certifications in the field of machine learning. They completed courses such as Convolutional Neural Networks, Deep Learning Specialization, Sequence Models, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter Tuning, Regularization and Optimization, Structuring Machine Learning Projects, and Neural Networks and Deep Learning. These certifications were obtained from Coursera, with completion dates ranging from April 2021 to October 2021.
Chris also received the Top Teaching Assistant Award from Correlation One in April 2021.
