Danielle Palmer

Danielle Palmer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Danielle most recently worked at Fraym as an Operations Associate starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were the Program Director at Next Level Dance Studio from 2019 onwards. In this role, they developed curriculum, managed the competitive team, and collaborated with the marketing director to implement marketing strategies.

Before joining Fraym, Danielle had a significant tenure at Apple. From 2010 to 2017, they held various positions including Business Expert, Service Specialist, and Specialist. In these roles, they assisted customers with their needs, maintained customer relationships, and promoted Apple's programming and resources to small businesses. Danielle also worked as a Genius, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on iOS and Mac devices, and as a Lead, ensuring proper staffing and handling escalated customer situations.

During their time at Apple, Danielle also had a career experience assignment as a Technical Program Coordinator, where they created inventory and spend reports for circuits, highlighting areas of cost avoidance.

Before their time at Apple, Danielle gained experience in the education and arts fields. Danielle worked as a Division Head at Winnewald Day Camp, leading counselors and managing daily operations. Prior to that, they were a Teacher at Star Maker School of the Performing Arts, teaching dance and theater to students of all ages and promoting a healthy body image.

Danielle Palmer graduated from Hunterdon Central Regional High School in 2007 with a High School Diploma. Danielle then pursued higher education and attended Towson University from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences. In addition to their formal education, Danielle received a ClickUp Expert Certificate from ClickUp in February 2023.
