Jerrica Pinto

Jerrica Pinto has extensive experience in customer service and business development. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Frazer Computing since February 2016, Jerrica previously worked as a Server at First Crush Restaurant and Wine Bar from May 2014 to February 2016, where collaboration with team members and attention to customer preferences were key responsibilities. Jerrica also gained valuable experience as an Intern at the Small Business Development Center, focusing on reviewing business plans and creating financial projections using Microsoft Excel. Jerrica holds an Associate of Science degree in Accounting from SUNY Canton and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
