Jeff Mack

Jeff Mack has extensive work experience in quality management and manufacturing operations. Jeff currently holds the position of Quality Manager at Frazer, Ltd., starting in 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Pratt & Whitney as an Associate Director, Quality from November 2009 to March 2020. In this role, they oversaw inspection services and led projects to streamline engine test and approval processes. Jeff also served as the site leader for employee training, continuous improvement, and foreign object damage prevention. Before Pratt & Whitney, Jeff Mack worked at Ford Motor Company as a Manufacturing Launch Leader from September 2000 to February 2009. Here, they led manufacturing planning and implementation for global and domestic automobile programs, managing a team of engineers, suppliers, and tooling vendors. Jeff also has experience as a Chemical QA Project Leader at Canon Virginia, Inc. from November 1997 to September 2000, where they directed a team during major product launches and conducted training in quality methodologies. Prior to that, they worked as a Quality Engineer at Frigidaire Home Products from August 1995 to July 1997, overseeing quality aspects for metal fabrication and plastic thermoforming departments. Finally, they started their career at Groen Food Service Equipment as a Quality Engineer/Welding Supervisor from August 1992 to August 1995, managing quality activities and production for the welding, grinding, and polishing departments.

Jeff Mack received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from The University of Southern Mississippi. Jeff later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Manufacturing Technology from the same university from 1990 to 1991. Jeff went on to earn their MBA in Operations Management from Lawrence Technological University, attending from 2000 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Jeff obtained certifications as a Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Jeff also holds Insurance Producer Licenses in Property & Casualty, as well as Life & Health, from the State of Mississippi Insurance Department.
