Ross McAfee

Ross McAfee has extensive work experience in engineering management and operations. Ross currently holds the position of Engineering Manager at Frazer, Ltd., where they oversee the Engineering Department and its core functions. Their responsibilities include production support, configuration control, projects and initiatives, certifications and compliance, engineering quality system, and product design maturity. Ross also worked as a Plant Engineer and Maintenance Manager at LafargeHolcim, where they oversaw engineering and maintenance activities and managed a team of skilled personnel and contractors.
