As a Senior Manager in Frazier & Deeter’s Tax Practice, Ashley Rowland provides tax compliance and consulting services for clients that include large private and public corporations, multi-tiered and multi-state passthrough entities and high-net-worth individuals.

Additionally, Ashley has extensive experience in transactional tax work providing support and consulting services regarding mergers & acquisitions and business restructurings. His industry experience includes healthcare, technology, food and beverage and professional services.

Having nearly 10 years of experience with the firm, he is actively involved in recruiting efforts and regularly contributes to the firm’s internal technical training program. Ashley is also a member of the firm’s healthcare and technology specialty groups.
