Brandon Sherman

Brandon Sherman is a Partner in Frazier & Deeter’s Process, Risk & Governance (PRG) Practice. He focuses on providing advisory services to identify, assess and manage clients’ strategic, operational, financial IT and compliance risk. Brandon’s primary responsibilities include leading internal control, business process improvement, data analytics and IT assessments, as well as service organization control (SOC) reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley 404 (SOX) engagements.  

Before joining the firm, Brandon was a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Hospitality Practice, where he led consulting, risk and internal control assessments including customer loyalty program risk assessments for large global hospitality companies. During his time at Deloitte, he also served on the national PCAOB response project team that reported directly to the Chief Risk Officer and led internal and external training on internal control best practices and trends.
