David Bier, MBA, is a partner and head of M&A at Frazier & Deeter, where they lead strategic growth initiatives following the acquisition of Anglin Reichmann Armstrong. Currently serving as a member of the Madison City Council for District 2, David actively engages in budgeting oversight and long-term planning for the community. With past experience as a senior vice president and COO of Rocket City Trash Pandas, as well as a vice president at Monaco Pictures, David has a strong background in the entertainment and business sectors. They hold a B.S. in Finance and Economics, summa cum laude, from Southern New Hampshire University and an MBA from Auburn University, both of which have equipped them with valuable skills for their diverse roles.
