David Patton

As a Partner in Frazier & Deeter’s Tax Practice, David Patton provides tax planning and compliance services to large and middle-market corporate taxpayers. He has worked extensively with taxpayers having multinational operations with cross-border compliance and transaction needs.  

David is significantly involved with the firm’s ASC 740 practice for companies in both the public and private sectors. He also has experience in individual, partnership, and S corporation taxation. Before joining the firm in 2011, David worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in International Tax and Mergers & Acquisitions.
