Jay has over 15 years’ experience in transfer pricing and value chain analyses and has led project teams with Big 4 consulting firms in the UK, U.S. and in India. He has expertise of dealing with UK, U.S., Europe and APAC transfer pricing compliance (Master File/ Local File), operating model planning and implementation, global benchmarking studies, transfer pricing audit/ litigation, route-to-market advisory, value chain projects, studies on attribution of profits to permanent establishments, transfer pricing due diligence and Competent Authority proceedings.

Jay’s specialisation is in consulting for start-ups and entrepreneurial business in UK, EU and in the US for their overseas expansion related operating model set up and inter – company transaction pricing planning. Over the past two years, Jay has assisted more than 100 technology and life sciences companies in their overseas business expansion and transfer pricing model set up.

Jay has published articles in different tax websites and attended transfer pricing webinars and tax conferences as expert panellist.
