Mike Hendricks

As a Partner and Head of Frazier & Deeter’s Tax Department in Tampa, Mike Hendricks’s responsibilities include providing comprehensive tax planning, federal, state and local tax compliance services to individual and business clients and various consulting services. His industry expertise is concentrated in the areas of manufacturing, retail, distribution and technology.

Mike has extensive knowledge of tax planning for C corporations, S corporations, Partnerships and limited liability companies. He also assists individual tax payers with complex compliance and strategic planning.

Mike came to Frazier & Deeter after spending two years at an international accounting firm where he worked in the Federal Tax Group. He worked primarily in the areas of large corporate and partnership taxation for multi-state entities.
