Susannah Bartko

Susannah Bartko is the Director of Employee Experience at Frazier & Deeter, having assumed this role in 2022 after serving as the People and Culture Manager from 2016 to 2022. With a background in marketing and communications, Susannah held various positions, including Senior Marketing Communications Specialist and Internal Communications Manager. Susannah holds a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication with a major in Public Relations from The University of Georgia, which was completed in 2008. Throughout their career, Susannah has contributed significantly to enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture at Frazier & Deeter.
