Tripp Stedham

As a Director in Frazier & Deeter’s Process, Risk & Governance (PRG) Practice, Tripp Stedham is responsible for leading the day-to-day execution and delivery of a range of projects focused on SOC examinations and reporting, IT internal audit and advisory, IT governance and risk assessment, system implementation reviews, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, PCI, data analytics and information/cyber security. 

Before joining the firm, Tripp worked as a Controls Advisory Manager for Grant Thornton and as an Enterprise Risk Manager for Deloitte. He has experience in the financial services industry working with mid-size banks, the Federal Reserve and large mortgage-backed securities providers. Tripp’s industry expertise includes Manufacturing & Distribution and FinTech.
