FRED is a blended entrepreneurial mindset and readiness programme designed for youth and learners in under-served communities.

FRED helps young people understand who they are, how they think, what they value, and how they naturally notice problems in the world around them. From there, we develop the entrepreneurial mindset: the ability to spot opportunities, think creatively, take initiative, and create value in any context.

The programme is delivered through a blended model that combines in-person sessions with interactive in-app learning, AI-powered personalised support, real-world coaches and mentors and practical challenges and presentations

In FRED, entrepreneurship is treated as a way of thinking, not a requirement to start a business. Participants build confidence, self-awareness, readiness, and choice before deciding on their next pathway, whether that is employment, further study, or venture creation.
