Devan Locklear has been working in the asphalt industry since October 2016, starting as a Plant Operator at Johnson Brothers Utility and Paving. Moving up the ranks, Devan worked as a Plant Foreman at Wiregrass Construction Company before landing the role of Asphalt Plant Foreman at Fred Smith Company in September 2023.
