Mobafa Baker is a change agent with extensive experience in youth and community development. They served as Program Director at the African Canadian Legal Clinic, where they established the Youth Justice Education Program and managed the Community Justice Program. Mobafa also worked with the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs in Trinidad and Tobago as Programme Coordinator, implementing the National Youth Policy.
