Allison Puca

Allison Puca, PMP, serves as Program Lead for the Servicing Homeowner Support Center at Freddie Mac since May 2018, where responsibilities include directing strategy and development of a centralized resource center to enhance homeowner experiences and promote organizational alignment. Prior to this role, Allison held multiple positions at Alvarez & Marsal from December 2008 to April 2018, including COO and Senior Director of Global Relationship Management for Financial Institutions, overseeing a significant relationship management program across international offices. Earlier experience includes senior director roles in Global Private Equity Services at Alvarez & Marsal and various positions at PwC, focusing on financial diligence in transaction services. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Marketing from Boston College.
