Andy Lang

Andy Lang, CPA, has significant experience in operational risk and financial management, having held key positions at Freddie Mac and Ernst & Young, LLP. At Freddie Mac, from May 2018 to April 2024, Andy served as Financial Controller Director for Investments & Capital Markets, overseeing complex investment accounting for a portfolio exceeding $100 billion and driving innovation through technology. Prior to this, Andy was a Senior Director for Multifamily Operational Risk and Director of Enterprise Operational Risk at Freddie Mac, where a comprehensive revision of the third-party risk corporate policy was completed. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, LLP, and as Director of Client Services at Primatics Financial, where leadership in software enhancements and client advisory was demonstrated. Andy holds an M.S. in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University.
