Ben Barash

Ben Barash, CFA, MBA, possesses extensive experience in finance and investment management. Initially serving as a NYSE/AMEX Floor Clerk at Bay Crest Partners from May 2004 to November 2005, Ben managed order flow between brokers and customers, utilizing NYSE and Amex systems. Following this role, Ben worked as a Corporate Trust Associate at Bank of New York Mellon from November 2005 to July 2008, focusing on asset-backed securitizations and transaction governance. Since February 2011, Ben has been a Multifamily Commercial Real Estate Analyst at Freddie Mac, responsible for calculating financial metrics and identifying various risks associated with real estate investments. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stony Brook University and an MBA in Behavioral Finance & Investment Management from DePaul University, graduating with a GPA of 3.88.
