Brian Reed

Brian Reed has over a decade of experience in project management and enterprise budgeting, currently serving as the Methods and Best Practices Manager at Freddie Mac. They have successfully implemented and managed new budgeting tools, developed business rules and processes, and provided training for proper tool usage. Previously, Brian held various roles at companies such as Citicorp and Delta Technology, where they focused on project tracking and resource management. They are currently pursuing certification to become a Project Management Professional (PMP).
