Brian Witherel

Brian Witherel boasts extensive experience in the mortgage servicing and performance management industry, currently serving as the Servicing Relationship and Performance Management Director at Freddie Mac since January 2011. In this role, Brian focuses on establishing strong relationships with Mortgage Servicers to enhance operational performance and reduce credit losses, while also designing innovative loss mitigation strategies. Brian's career began at NationsBank Mortgage as an Assistant Vice President, overseeing bankruptcy and collections. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Erie Community College.
